Booking Cancellation

Mai Lash Bar requires Credit Card information to hold your appointment time for you. You will not be charged anything before your appointment. We have 6 business hours cancellation policy. If you can't make it, text to 646.474.5756 asap. Thank you for your corporation.

For the courtesy of our technicians and clients on our waiting list, we respectfully ask for 6 business hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Less than 6 hour notice or a "NO SHOW" will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service price amount.

Any client that has purchased a pre-paid package, any appointment cancellation in less than 6 business hours notice or a "NO SHOW" will result in the service price deducted from the pre-paid package balance.
