About Me
Hi, I’m Gigi, the owner of
Mai Lash Bar.
I came to the United States from Japan 13 years ago to attend beauty school. There I realized that American beauty tech was far behind Japan. There was a need for Japanese hands in the American beauty industry and I wanted to make a difference.
A few years later, I decided to bring my unique Lash-Lifting Training from Japan to the United States. Initially, I started a small salon out of my house while managing a full-time job at a bank. But within a year, with my growing clientele and demand for my services, it was clear the Lash Industry was calling my name – so I dove in completely and happily!
I love the sense of personal uniqueness that is embraced in the American culture. It is this feeling of uniqueness that I bring to my clients through my Lash Lift services. Every eye shape is different and I love to personalize each client’s lash placement to enhance their natural beauty. No two lash lifts are the same at Mai Lash Bar (unless we are duplicating a Lash Look you present to us, of course).

With every new client our goal is to give you the look you want. Our Lash Experts analyze your lash length, curve, and eye shape to suggest the best lash style for your unique facial features. We’ll also walk you through various lash styles and curl shapes so that you can choose accordingly to get the perfect lashes for YOU.
